Location: New Orleans, LA (some in-state travel may be required)
Pay: $16.25 per hour
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Bayou Land Decor is an experienced and respected lawn care and landscaping service provider in New Orleans. We specialize in commercial and residential landscaping and lawn maintenance to keep outdoor spaces clean, safe, and visually appealing. We seek a dedicated and hardworking crew member to join our team . We need someone who has/who can:

• Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with landscaping projects, such as planting, mulching, and minor hardscaping
• Conduct debris removal and site cleanup for residential and commercial properties
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Work efficiently and safely in varying weather conditions
• Follow schedules and instructions to ensure timely project completion

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites across New Orleans
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A clean driving record and ability to drive a truck and 14’ trailer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
• No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job paid initial training.
